The customer stores the raw milk in the whole milk tank, and then drives the raw milk into the preheating tank for preheating through the special stainless steel milk pump and double filter.
After the preheating is completed, the raw milk is poured into the homogenizer for homogenization, and the corresponding excipients are added to make the homogenized milk smoother.
When homogenization is complete, the centrifugal milk pump is turned on and the raw milk is pumped into a pasteurization tank for sterilization and stirring.
When sterilization is needed, open the centrifugal milk pump connecting the original milk tank and the pasteurization tank, and conduct pasteurization through 350# thermal oil or hot water/steam. According to different heat sources and production, the sterilization time is generally about 0.5 ~ 1.5 hours.
After the sterilization is completed, the fresh milk is injected into the pre-cooling tank through the milk pump. The pre-cooling tank USES cold water for pre-cooling, and then is put into the fermentation tank.
After the overall operation is completed, the equipment needs to be CIP cleaned. The so-called CIP cleaning is called Clean In Place.
